I was in town for two weeks for work and randomly picked The Broken Barrel Tavern on my first night. I am so glad I did, I came back almost every other day while I was in town. The food is amazing and priced well, the wait staff are excellent and the atmosphere is great. I didn't find a meal that wasn't delicious. If you're there for a Thursday and do Trivia, the bartender Brian is a wealth of knowledge and can help you with answers in a pinch. I can't wait until I'm in town again, this will be the first place I go for a beer, ribs, and an order of smoked wings.

I was recommended to try Broken Barrel by the guys over at Tires Plus. Right when I walked in I was greeted and welcomed to sit at the bar. Everything is super nice and clean! Even family friendly with kids menus. The Bartender Bryan was very funny, super knowledgeable about the drink and food specials. I ended up going with his recommendation the Brisket Quesadilla adding grilled onions and peppers. It came packed with brisket and cheese, the brisket had this amazing flavor. He also gave me a chicken wing to try and that also had a nice grilled smoky flavor to it. Thanks. I enjoyed my time here at Broken Barrel. I'll definitely be back to try the ribs next time!

The food here is authentic and great. You can taste how much effort they put into the food here! The French onion soup is amazing. The blue fries are a blue chip dish. And the Carolina vinegar bbq reminded me of home. The wings are great as well, smoke fried of course!

In the mood for some wings and stopped in based off reviews. Sat at bar and had great service. Ordered based off recommendation of smoked fried with jerk and Thai chili sauces. Wings were perfect with great flavor and crispy, not chewy like some smoked wings cane be. Highly recommend if you are looking for wings!

Nikki, our waitress was very helpful and made great suggestions on food choices. The smoked & fried wings are outstanding. Not disappointed with the Blue cheese chips are out wonderful. Don’t miss this place.

Stopped by the Broken Barrel in Palm Bay and overall had a good experience. The beans had an interesting flavor at first — it took a couple bites to get used to the “choir” (char/smoked) taste, but once it kicked in, you could really smell and taste the smoky depth. Definitely unique and worth trying. I ordered the turkey sandwich, and the quality of the turkey itself was great — you can really taste the smoked flavor. I do wish there had been a bit more turkey on the sandwich, and maybe a different bun would elevate it even more, but the flavor was solid. Overall, good quality food with strong smoky BBQ notes. I’d go back and try a few other items on the menu next time.
